Phil Natalini
Director of Internet and Database Operations
Phil Natalini graduated from Kutztown University with a Major in Telecommunications and a minor in Computer Science. He moved to work at the Leadership Institute in 2005 as the Director of Database and Internet Operations and is responsible for the institute's web sites, databases, and other tech needs. Prior to working at the Leadership Institute Phil worked for WLVT, a TV station in Allentown PA, for 5 years as the Network Administrator and Master Control Operator. He has worked as a video engineer and Network Admin for a production house based in Bethlehem PA and NY city. Since college, Phil has worked as a contractor in both the computer and television industries. What he enjoys the most is his dog Pluto. Pluto is a regular here at the institute.
