The Leadership Institute’s Event Planning Workshop provides the skills necessary to coordinate a successful event. Whether you are new to event planning or need a refresher, this workshop will help you get the ball rolling. Topics covered include:

· Conducting an effective fundraising event

· Negotiating with vendors

· Recruiting hosts and attendees

· Determining which event is best for you and your organization
